Wisdom in the age of AI

AI gives us knowledge. But we still need wisdom.

We help your team think wisely with AI, so judgment keeps pace with a fast-moving world.

You already know the feeling

More output. Less sense that any of it is yours.

That’s not a discipline problem — it’s what happens when a powerful amplifier meets an unclear question.

AI hands back drafts, summaries, decisions-in-waiting, faster than anyone can ask whether they’re actually the thing that was wanted.

For individuals
We install the judgment that keeps you the author of your own thinking.
For leadership teams
We turn fragmented AI decisions into one shared standard of judgment.
For delivery teams
We turn scattered output into work you’d actually stand behind.

What we offer

Two ways to bring wisdom back into the room.

Workshops

A private, four-hour session for your leadership team or delivery team — on-site or in Amsterdam, working through your team's real AI decisions together.

  • A written agreement on how your team makes AI decisions — and who's accountable for them
  • A clear list of where AI is actually worth your team's time — and where it isn't
  • A concrete plan for the next 30 days, not just a good conversation

Coaching

Confidential 1:1 coaching for executives navigating AI transformation — clarity rather than reactivity, presence rather than overwhelm, held over time.

  • 90-minute confidential sessions, or a structured 10-week programme
  • A space to think clearly about your own AI decisions, without hype or panic
  • A confidential space for the questions you can't bring to your own team

Who's behind this

A philosopher who builds AI, and a coach who builds teams.

Dr. Aidan Lyon

Philosopher, AI architect, and researcher of uncertainty, wisdom, and the mind.

For twenty years, Aidan has studied one question: how to think clearly when the stakes are high and the answers aren’t yet known. That work took him into biosecurity, geopolitical forecasting, and institutional investing — rooms where a confident wrong answer is expensive. It is the exact skill AI now asks of everyone, and he was already an expert in it before AI made it urgent.

His academic research turns on mindfulness, wisdom, and decision-making under uncertainty — and the framework behind the workshop grows straight out of it, not out of AI. A mathematical philosopher who also architects multi-agent AI systems, he builds the machine and studies the mind, and refuses to mistake one for the other.

Dev Bhattacharya

Agile coach and facilitator who helps leaders and teams change how they think.

For sixteen years, Dev has done the hard part: making change actually take hold inside high-pressure companies. As a senior agile coach at Booking.com and Yamaha, and across teams on three continents, his craft is turning a good idea into how a team really operates — under real deadlines and real resistance, where a framework either takes root or quietly gets dropped.

That is what a room of smart, skeptical people needs: not a lecture, but a facilitator who can hold the discomfort of rethinking how they work and guide them through it. Beyond the corporate world, he founds and runs communities that gather thousands around philosophy, connection, and honest conversation.

  • Senior Agile Coach, Booking.com
  • Agile transformation lead, Yamaha Motors
  • 15+ years across Europe, the US & Asia
  • Certified Scrum Master (PSM II) & Product Owner

“One builds AI systems that reveal the architecture of mind. The other builds human systems that survive contact with reality.”

A short lesson...

Three kinds of wisdom.

The ancient Greeks identified three distinct kinds of wisdom — each one names a different way of becoming wiser. Understanding the difference changes what you actually practice.

Knowing what is true — σοφία · sophia

Theoretical wisdom: seeing patterns and truths clearly, whether in a field you've studied for years or a problem you're facing for the first time. Sophia grows through study, reflection, and the kind of insight that arrives once you stop forcing an answer.

Knowing what to do — φρόνησις · phronesis

Practical wisdom: the judgment to act well in this specific, messy situation — not the average one. Aristotle said it can't be taught in a classroom. It's built through lived experience, attention, and the willingness to be wrong and adjust.

Knowing what you don't know — ἀπορία · aporia

The Socratic wisdom of holding your own certainty loosely enough to notice when it's unearned. The most dangerous ignorance is the kind you don't know you have. Aporia is cultivated by staying in the question a little longer than feels comfortable.

Start with a conversation

The judgment stays yours. We help you sharpen it.

One short conversation to understand your team, your AI use, and where a shared framework would help — then we’ll point you to the one that fits: an in-house workshop, 1:1 coaching, or the public workshop.
