Private workshops

The workshop, delivered privately for your team.

The same framework as the public Amsterdam session — a durable way of judging what to trust, not a prompt library — delivered privately, on-site, and tailored to the decisions your team actually faces, in one of two configurations depending on who's in the room.

What this is

One philosophy, two configurations.

The public workshop and the private track share the same diagnosis and the same framework — the difference is delivery. Where the public session gathers strangers in Amsterdam, a private engagement is built around your organisation's own decisions, in your own vocabulary, with two facilitators who tailor every exercise to the room.

Which configuration fits depends on who's in the room: aligning a leadership team on judgment and accountability, or turning a delivery team's scattered AI experimentation into shared practice. Most organisations start with one and add the other later.

Same spine
The six theses and Clarity OS framework, unchanged
Two facilitators
Conceptual framing and facilitation mechanics, held separately
An engagement, not an event
Tailored to your team's real decisions and tensions

Two tracks

Which one depends on who's in the room.

How it's delivered

Two facilitators, one division of authority.

Every private session is led by the same two facilitators as the public workshop — a philosopher who builds AI, and a coach who builds teams — with an explicit split: conceptual framing on one side, facilitation mechanics on the other. Delivered as an engagement, not a one-off event.
