Coaching
A confidential 1:1 coaching programme for leaders navigating AI transformation — a structured space to meet your own AI decisions with clarity rather than reactivity, strategy rather than panic, presence rather than overwhelm.
What this is
AI is no longer a distant technology trend. It is a strategic, operational, and cultural pressure point for every serious organisation. For executives, the challenge isn't only understanding what AI can do — it's leading wisely in the middle of uncertainty, acceleration, and organisational anxiety.
Each session is a 90-minute confidential coaching conversation focused on your real questions, pressures, and decisions around AI adoption — for C-suite executives, founders, senior leaders, and decision-makers who want a more grounded, strategic relationship to AI.
Who it's for
Designed for leaders asking questions they can't fully bring to a room full of their own team.
How should I think about AI adoption in my organisation — where should we move quickly, and where should we deliberately hold back?
What am I personally uncertain or stressed about when it comes to AI, and what's actually driving that feeling underneath it?
How do I lead my team through AI-related change without creating the confusion or fear that scattered signals tend to produce?
What does wise, responsible AI leadership actually look like here — in our specific context, with our specific pressures and people?
Who you're working with
Philosopher, AI architect, and researcher of uncertainty, wisdom, and the mind.
For twenty years, Aidan has studied one question: how to think clearly when the stakes are high and the answers aren’t yet known. That work took him into biosecurity, geopolitical forecasting, and institutional investing — rooms where a confident wrong answer is expensive. It is the exact skill AI now asks of everyone, and he was already an expert in it before AI made it urgent.
His academic research turns on mindfulness, wisdom, and decision-making under uncertainty — and the framework behind the workshop grows straight out of it, not out of AI. A mathematical philosopher who also architects multi-agent AI systems, he builds the machine and studies the mind, and refuses to mistake one for the other.
Agile coach and facilitator who helps leaders and teams change how they think.
For sixteen years, Dev has done the hard part: making change actually take hold inside high-pressure companies. As a senior agile coach at Booking.com and Yamaha, and across teams on three continents, his craft is turning a good idea into how a team really operates — under real deadlines and real resistance, where a framework either takes root or quietly gets dropped.
That is what a room of smart, skeptical people needs: not a lecture, but a facilitator who can hold the discomfort of rethinking how they work and guide them through it. Beyond the corporate world, he founds and runs communities that gather thousands around philosophy, connection, and honest conversation.
“One builds AI systems that reveal the architecture of mind. The other builds human systems that survive contact with reality.”
What the work is like
The first session opens on whatever is actually weighing on you, and we follow it down together — through careful questioning and honest dialogue — to what really matters, where the pressure sits, and what a wise next move would be. Often it begins with a single question:
“On a scale of 1 to 10, how much stress or uncertainty are you carrying right now around how your organisation is adopting AI?”
From there, we explore what’s underneath the number: competitive pressure, unclear strategy, gaps in the team’s capability, ethical questions, uncertainty about tools, or the quiet fear of moving too slowly — or too fast. In the programme, that thread continues across the weeks: each session picks up where the last one left you.
Why we do this
AI is arriving faster than most leaders can stay clear about it. We don’t believe the answer is another tool or a longer prompt — it’s steadier judgment, the kind that holds up when the ground keeps moving. And the people making the biggest AI decisions are often the most alone with them: the pressure is real, the stakes are high, and there are few places to think it through in the open. Coaching exists to be that place.
When a knowledge gap opens up
Sometimes a coaching conversation reveals a concrete knowledge gap — a clearer picture of AI trends in your sector, competitor activity, implementation options, or emerging risks. When that happens, we can provide targeted research or advisory work as an additional service: a concise report, strategic briefing, or landscape analysis, followed by a coaching session to interpret the findings and translate them into practical next steps. Consulting supports the coaching process here — it doesn't replace it.
What you leave with
A clearer view of your own AI-related strategy, priorities, risks, and opportunities — yours, not a template's.
A calmer, more strategic relationship to technological change — steadiness that holds under acceleration.
Sharper questions to bring to your teams, vendors, advisors, and boards.
More confidence making AI-related decisions under uncertainty — and mindfulness skills that generalise beyond AI, into leadership and organisational change.
Format & pricing
Start with a single confidential session focused on a live question or decision. If deeper change is what you're after, the coaching programme is a structured multi-week engagement — typically over 10 weeks — with regular sessions and, where needed, research or strategic-briefing components woven in.
